Guests must behave respectfully, safely, and responsibly at all times. CUDOLLA may refuse, cancel, or end a session for unsafe behavior, disrespectful conduct, property damage, intoxication, threats, harassment, or violation of these terms.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the companion, room, furniture, linens, accessories, equipment, or property during the reservation. CUDOLLA may charge repair, replacement, cleaning, or damage fees when necessary.

11. Prohibited Activity

Illegal activity, unsafe behavior, recording without permission, unauthorized visitors, tampering with property, removing items, and any conduct that violates law or CUDOLLA policies is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy and Discretion

CUDOLLA is designed around privacy and discretion. Guests are also expected to respect the privacy of the location, staff, brand, and future guests.

13. No Guarantee of Availability

Website availability labels, companion profiles, pricing, and booking options are provided for convenience. CUDOLLA does not guarantee that any specific companion, time, location, or experience will remain available until confirmed.
