1. Agreement
Welcome to the CUDOLLA Affiliate Program.
By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any future updates published by CUDOLLA. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the affiliate program.
These terms govern your participation in the CUDOLLA Affiliate Program.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Maintain a valid payment method.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
CUDOLLA reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
- Promote CUDOLLA honestly and ethically.
- Represent the brand professionally.
- Avoid misleading, deceptive, or false advertising.
- Respect all intellectual property rights.
- Comply with advertising platform policies and applicable laws.
Affiliates are solely responsible for the content they publish.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Purchasing through your own affiliate link.
- Creating fake accounts or fraudulent referrals.
- Offering unauthorized discounts or coupons.
- Using spam email or unsolicited messaging.
- Running misleading paid advertisements.
- Registering domain names or social accounts intended to impersonate CUDOLLA.
- Posting false claims regarding products or services.
Any violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Commission Eligibility
A commission is earned only when:
- A qualifying purchase is successfully completed.
- Payment has been received.
- The order has not been canceled, refunded, charged back, or identified as fraudulent.
CUDOLLA reserves the right to review every referral before approving commissions.
6. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not earn commissions on purchases made for themselves.
Orders determined to be personal purchases or attempts to manipulate the referral system may result in commissions being declined or reversed.
7. Commission Payments
Approved commissions are paid according to the payment schedule established by CUDOLLA.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
CUDOLLA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.
8. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a customer receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, or the transaction is canceled, the related affiliate commission may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved CUDOLLA logos, banners, product images, and marketing materials solely for promoting the affiliate program.
This license may be revoked at any time.
10. Affiliate Account Termination
CUDOLLA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that:
- Violates these Terms.
- Engages in fraudulent activity.
- Damages the CUDOLLA brand.
- Attempts to manipulate commissions.
Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
11. Modification of the Program
CUDOLLA may modify:
- Commission rates
- Payment schedules
- Program rules
- Marketing materials
- Affiliate benefits
Changes become effective once published on this website.
12. Limitation of Liability
CUDOLLA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
Participation is at your own risk.
13. No Employment Relationship
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship between CUDOLLA and the affiliate.
Affiliates operate as independent contractors.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CUDOLLA operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
