Taking care of a rental companion during your reservation should feel simple, not like a cleaning job. CUDOLLA does not expect customers to perform professional deep cleaning, disassemble the companion, or use specialized equipment at home.

Your responsibility is basic courtesy care: use the companion gently, avoid stains and damage, remove semen or other body fluids after use, rinse or wipe any affected area as instructed, and do not return her visibly soiled. Once CUDOLLA collects the companion, our team completes the full professional cleaning, internal rinsing, drying, inspection, and preparation process at our facility.

This guide explains the small amount of care expected during the reservation, how to protect the material, what to do after intimate use, and which tasks should always be left to the CUDOLLA team.

Customer Care Should Be Simple

A rental should feel comfortable and enjoyable. It should not make the customer feel responsible for recreating the professional cleaning process used at the CUDOLLA facility.

During the reservation, we mainly ask customers to:

• Keep the companion on clean sheets, towels, or furniture
• Handle the body and joints gently
• Use only approved products
• Remove semen and other body fluids after use
• Gently rinse or wipe the affected area
• Dry visible moisture
• Avoid stains, sharp objects, excessive heat, and rough surfaces
• Contact CUDOLLA if something unusual happens

You are not expected to use a professional pump system, perform a detailed internal sanitation cycle, remove bonded parts, complete repairs, or prepare the companion for the next customer. Those tasks belong to CUDOLLA.

Why Basic Care Still Matters

Even though CUDOLLA performs the deep cleaning after pickup, prompt light care during the reservation helps protect the companion and keeps your experience comfortable.

Basic care helps prevent:

• Dried body fluids on the surface
• Sticky lubricant residue
• Visible stains
• Unpleasant odors during the reservation
• Moisture remaining on bedding or furniture
• Material damage caused by harsh or unapproved products

The goal is not perfection. The goal is simply not to allow visible residue to remain for a long time.

What to Do After Intimate Use

Remove Visible Semen and Body Fluids

After use, remove visible semen, lubricant, and other body fluids as soon as reasonably possible. Use a clean soft towel, an approved disposable wipe, or a soft cloth with lukewarm water.

Do not scrub aggressively. Gentle removal is enough for the customer-care stage.

If You Finish on the Exterior

If semen or another body fluid is on the companion’s skin, breasts, stomach, thighs, face, mouth area, or another exterior surface:

If the vaginal, anal, or oral opening was used, follow the simple rinse instructions supplied with the reservation. The purpose of the customer rinse is to remove visible semen and residue, not to complete the final sanitation procedure.

A basic customer rinse may include:

• Using lukewarm water
• Using a small amount of approved mild soap when instructed
• Gently rinsing the used opening
• Continuing until visible residue has been removed
• Allowing excess water to drain
• Drying the surrounding exterior area

Do Not Use Excessive Water Pressure

A strong shower stream, pressure nozzle, or unapproved pump can damage internal textures or direct water into areas that should remain dry. Use only the simple method included with your reservation.

Do Not Insert Improvised Cleaning Tools

Do not use hard brushes, sharp objects, household scrubbers, metal tools, or anything that may scratch, puncture, or stretch the material. CUDOLLA will handle detailed internal cleaning with appropriate equipment later.

Use Only Simple, Approved Products

The safest customer routine uses very few products. More chemicals do not create better care.

If you are unsure about a product, stop and ask. A quick message to CUDOLLA is safer than experimenting.

Light Surface Care During the Reservation

You do not need to wash the entire body every day. Light surface care is only needed when an area has visible residue, lubricant, food, makeup, dust, or another contaminant.

For a small affected area:

1. Use a soft damp cloth.
2. Add a little approved mild soap only if needed.
3. Wipe gently.
4. Remove the soap with another damp cloth.
5. Pat dry.

Avoid soaking the face, wig, neck connection, electronics, or any area the reservation instructions identify as moisture-sensitive.

Protect the Companion From Stains and Damage

Use Clean, Light-Colored Fabrics

Dark denim, black lingerie, new unwashed clothing, and strongly dyed fabric can transfer color to certain companion materials. Light-colored, clean, washed clothing and bedding are generally safer.

When dressing or undressing the companion:

• Use loose or easy-fitting clothing
• Protect fingers and toes
• Open zippers and fasteners fully
• Avoid sharp jewelry and metal edges
• Do not force tight clothing over the body
• Remove dark garments if there is a stain-transfer concern

What to Do Between Use

Between use, keep the companion in a clean and comfortable location.

• Place her on a clean bed, sofa, or padded surface

• Do not apply powder, oil, or treatment unless approved
• Do not use high heat to accelerate drying
• Do not hide damage or staining

If anything unusual happens, stop and contact CUDOLLA. We would rather guide you through a small concern than have an improvised fix create more damage.

What CUDOLLA Does After Pickup

Once the companion is collected, CUDOLLA takes responsibility for the full professional preparation process.

At our facility, the process may include:

• Complete exterior cleaning
• Controlled internal canal rinsing with specialized equipment
• Material-compatible antibacterial cleansing products
• Detailed rinsing to remove cleaning residue

This is why the customer does not need to complete a professional deep clean. We only ask that the companion is not returned with visible semen, body fluids, or excessive surface residue.
